Building Relationships Based on Trust & Respect
During this session we will deep dive into the importance of curiosity in the processes of building relationships built on trust and respect. Relationships that grow stronger over time and can endure challenges are built on open and honest communication. Applying curiosity to your communications can support an open mindset where you can communicate from a place good intent. Conversations become communication and not gossip, support is not interpreted as sabotage, and influence is achieved without pressure, guilt, or shame. Increasing the level of curiosity to your communication will improve the clarity of your intent, bring empathy to your engagement, and or redirect relationships to produce better outcomes.

Communicating the Change Process
During this session we will deep dive how applying curiosity can help us manage any change process in our life. Any change process has unquantifiable affects on us. Change represents uncertainty, a lack of control, and the unknown. For many this lack of clarity can generate fear or anxiety; a lack of clarity can also trigger unhealed past traumas which become unspoken challenges. During this evening we discuss the change processes, identify our own emotional triggers, and develop techniques that we can use to navigate our emotions, confidence, and presence with better outcomes in any change process.
